Does somebody have a case of the Mondays?
Come on down to Hegel Yoga, next to Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe AZ, for a very basic yoga class with good friends and complete strangers. Let your work day fall away and relax. We are testing the idea that Yoga will put you in a better state of mind for connecting with friends and strangers.
Afterwards when you are all chill meet us over at Four Peaks for a refreshment and conversation.
